Success Rate

The Gorse Fox notes from the BBC that:
The Met Office admits its annual global mean forecast predicted temperatures higher than actual temperatures for nine years out of the last 10.
That seems like the sort of success rate that should attract extra funding! He also notes that apparently:
Professor Watson said the warming bias....  should not affect trust in the Met Office's climate projections, which are based on a different methodology.
Well that's all right because the Gorse Fox already distrusts it, so it saves time.
