There are some signs that make you thing "Doh!"Now who was this aimed at? What would cause the council to put a sign such as this? What sort of problems had they been having?
30 minutes would imply some degree of constipation to the Gorse Fox... but preventing return within the hour would imply serious subsequent problems are rife, and what happens to those affected?
