Gorse Fox notices that in Quebec newcomers to the town of Herouxville have been told not to "stone women in public, burn them alive, burn them with acid, etc."
This must be a relief.
It does, however, raise a certain concern about other towns in Quebec that have not made such a pronouncement... and the fact that these are only "guidelines" on the town's website.
