The Rustington Convalescent Home dominates the seafront between Rustington and Littlehampton.A most imposing building, and an ideal place to rest and recover after illness, GF should think.
GF turned around soon after this, and headed back. A comfortable 6.5 miles, with a total ascent of about 10 metres.
