Gorse Fox walked as far as this "garden" on the Worthing seafront. He had been planning to look at this for a while, but was a little disappointed.
The wooden sculptures were elegant, and looked good against the backdrop of the sea and sky. The planting, however, was less impressive.
The irony of this was that it was planted at the beginning of the summer to show how drought loving plants could work in a garden. Hose pipe bans had just started, but the council workmen were out there watering the plants every morning.
