Well frantic might be an overstatement. But it's a busy day. Car needs to go to Caffyns so they can replace the faulty coolant sensor. Need to produce some graphs for the secret squirrel meeting, need to review some documents and make a concerted effort to start the response to the latest contract from esteemed client.
Got the charts done on time which was a relief. Hopefully they won't need too many changes. Neddy made contact. All sweetness and light... obviously wanted something. Happy to help if I can squeeze it in, but not easy today.
Analysed esteemed client's contract request and sent off for debate/comment.
The Gorse Fox spent most of the p.m. on conference calls and trying to make due progress at the same time. The two activities are not conducive to achievement.
Silver Vixen was out early afternoon doing some gift shopping for Christmas in Arundel. Came back very pleased as she had achieved all of her targets. Also she picked up a gift (bracelet) for her from me. (I must say I picked well this year! It's just what she wanted)
Caffyn's weren't able to complete work on car as they needed some special fluid to drain and flush the coolant. Hopefully it'll be complete tomorrow... otherwise I'll be an irritated Gorse Fox.
D'ankle took Auntie P. to Jimi's place this afternoon. Apparently she seemed to relax when she got there, and all the indications are that it will suit her. The staff there were very welcoming and made the effort to come and chat and to introduce the dog. I think they will try and get the paperwork going on Monday. Certainly the sooner she leaves the holiday camp, the better.
