After six games of Walking Football this morning, the Gorse Fox's hamstring was beginning to feel tight so he sat out the last game, rather than chance another pull. Just proves the brain can overrule the heart - even for someone as competitive as the GF.
The Silver Vixen was out with he coven for the day, so GF had an afternoon looking into some new genealogical information received from cousins.
