Just pondering

The Gorse Fox has had a day with his brain-gears just spinning in neutral. Random synapses have fired causing a wide variety of strange thoughts to travel through the GF cortex.

Why does our dreadful government spurn the Ghurkas? Brave soldiers who dedicate many years of the lives to serving our Queen and  Country... but our Government don't think they are worthy to live here. Recent legal rulings say they should, but our shameless Government don't. The Gorse Fox finds this a deep embarrassment.

What is it about violence in the City? GF hears that the half-brother of footballer Jermaine Defoe had been attacked and killed. Why have things sunk to such a level that violence seems to be the answer to everything.

Why do some contestants on Britains Got Talent never listen to themselves on tape before applying to go on the programme
Sorry - all a bit random, can't concentrate today

Come on GF, the Ghurka's are "military" and NuLab and even Old Lab HATE the military and everything associated with it. Mankind is, I believe inherently violent and since the Atheist mob have held sway violence has increased in direct proportion to the decrease in restrictions on parental discipline of children, increase of "benefit" culture and the removal of penalties for violent behaviour from our legal system. Many of these young hoodlums now regard it as their "right" to kill or maim someone they don't like or feel doesn't give them respect.

And by the sound of your symptoms you need another holiday. Starfleet have obviously given you a bit of overload this week!

In my more paranoid moments, you know those times when you look at Gordon Brown from a certain angle and you can almost swear you see a giant purple lizard, I find myself wondering whether the treatment of the Gurkhas is all part of the Government's immigration strategy.

As in

"You lot are always complaining about how we are letting every Olu, Ahmed and Vijay into the country. Then when we tighten up the rules, you whinge that we're being nasty to those nice Gurkhas who fought for Queen and Country.

Bl**dy voters! Just make your minds up, will you?"
