A nice man came to the house. He was the surveyor engaged by the potential purchasers to give the house a thorough going over. He remained with us most of the day and gave us the works. Fortunately he gave us the all clear and said that he would be writing a very positive report... And that he would like to have the money to buy the house himself.
GF also received his new work phone today. That meant a bit of set up but now everything is looking good.
