There is something cathartic about seeing your solicitor and having a good whinge. Silver Vixen and the Gorse Fox have had the opportunity to chat with our solicitor and raise the various issues that had been delaying progress.
Following on from that, GF phoned the Estate Agent and reprised the whinge for his benefit. Said Agent, concerned for his commission, leapt into action and we soon had a return call with some more positive news.
