Sheep are though of as pretty dumb creatures, but as the Gorse Fox climbed the path to Warningcamp Hill he observed that they were smart enough to stay in the shade whilst wearing their woolly jumpers on such a hot day.They seemed to watch him approach and then scamper off. Usually he ignores this behaviour, but it was at this point that he watched them as they ran off into a field and lined up, about 10 yards away, squatted slightly and in unison urinated.
The Gorse Fox is used to criticism, but he thought this coordinated display to be uncalled for.
