I slept remarkably well last night. I wandered downstairs soon after 7:00, I let Jasper out, made my first coffee and settled down with the news. After going around to Zoe's I walked Ellie to school and then headed out for my pre-breakfast walk. As I walked, the clouds melted away and the sun cut through the gloom.
During the morning, we had to capture Jasper and take him to the Cattery. He will be enjoying his spa break with Mark for the next week.
After lunch, we had some Kindle time until the chap arrived to refit our blackout blind in the bedroom. Once he had finished, I headed out for another walk. Once home, Di was pottering and I dug out the suitcases so that we will be able pack tomorrow.
