Creme Fraiche, fail

Spring onions, chopped. Chorizo, chopped. Mushrooms. Green peppers, chopped. Carrots, diced. Red wine, and a dash of Worcester sauce.

So far, really good.

Added some creme fraiche.

Disaster!
