Pain
The football has been disappointing. South Korea were ok against Greece, Argentina had their moments against Nigeria, and England (as usual) led us on a roller-coaster in the game against the USA. A draw was not satisfactory.
Hi GF I agree with the football. I am trying very hard not to be caught up in the all nay-saying because I think that the manager is right for us, and the team is pretty good all over the pitch, so if we can avoid injuries we should be OK. I actually expected a bit of a slow start since the ultimate winners often start a bit slowly and just gradually improve each game. If England can do the same then we should be in for some high-octane fun. If not, then I will have to, reluctantly, join the ranks of the nay-sayers. Oh, and take the flag down my 2 boys have put in the window!
