Yes, that's what it is. We are going to have a word with the developer to see if there is any remedy (e.g something to stop the gulls perching on the roof). It seems to have happened to a bunch of houses with that aspect. Ours isn't affected as the roofline runs at 90 degrees to the houses opposite. One of our neighbours has a collection of drones. Maybe we should weapons them and send them after the gulls.
