Well it had to happen. Having thought about some options overnight the Gorse Fox decided that it was time to crank out some code to transfer the extracted data from Google+ to his private blog. Now this is likely to take a little while as he has to work out the existing format of the extract and decided what needs to be done in order to file it away properly. This will, no doubt, be an iterative process... but at least it's under way.
The Gorse Fox has also spent some time on the phone with John Lewis to ensure that the promises made last week, regarding reimbursement of fees, were followed up. It's not so much that he doubted them, it was more case of making sure the reimbursement happened on the right credit card (as the original one was they one we had to have replaced). That's now done.
He's also been on the phone to Virgin Holidays (and emailed Sandals) to request a specific room in the resort when we arrive in the late Spring. Old Bill and Lady Penelope did a bit of a recce and came back with specific room numbers that are worth requesting.
