He wishes you good health, the love of your family and friends, and contentment. He asks you to to be kind; to be respectful of others whatever their colour, creed, or orientation. Do not bicker, insult, or take cheap shots at others who have a different view to yours. Show tolerance in all things.
If we all subscribe to this, then the world will be a better place and we can start to make things better and, one by one, heal the rifts that separate us.
