It has been a very dull and dark autumnal day. We have had to keep lights on throughout the daylight hours and it is damp and wet outside. it certainly doesn't encourage you to leave the comfort of home. The Gorse Fox spoke with Barney Rubble this morning He will be meeting up with him soon and needed to make arrangements. There is a big wood-working show near Exeter and as we have a common interest it seemed an ideal time to get together and go off to the show ground.
Most of the rest of the day has been occupied with minor domestic tasks but provided a good excuse to stay indoors. It also gave the Gorse Fox chance to read a recently acquired recipe book and catch up on the analysis from MOTD 2 of the demolition of Liverpool by Spurs yesterday.
