It has been a quiet day. A very lazy start (even though the Gorse Fox was up at the usual time with Jasper-the-cat). There were still some pots and pans to clean up from yesterday but allowing them soak over night meant that they cleaned up in no time.
A spot of shopping in Sainsbury's punctuated the morning then cold ham and turkey for lunch.
Afternoon in front of the TV watching football (think of it as exercise by proxy).
