GF has re-diagnosed his problem. It is not sciatica it is clearly a hamstring that is giving problems. It is still very uncomfortable, but is clearing slowly. He certainly won't be able to play football this weekend, and next week is doubtful.
Much of the day spent in front of the computer, perched on one buttock. GF has been going back through some old photos checking on various content, then standing up to relieve the discomfort, before sitting down again when he realises he can't see the screen when standing up.
Had some heavy showers earlier, but sun is shining again now.
