Most of the day was spent in a physically vegetative state whilst the brain was frantically processing shapes, perspectives, cut-aways, and projections for a 3D model of the new house.
Sketchup (free from Google) is such a powerful tool, but has some usability quirks that take a little self-education – fortunately there are many hundreds of YouTube videos to coach you on the techniques.
Long way to go still, but various models are taking shape.
