The cat woke the Gorse Fox before the alarm interrupted his beauty sleep. This was not a problem as GF was eager to get on the road and get started. It turned out to be a trouble-free journey and he settled down in the office in plenty of time to get bombarded with one issue after another - in most cases these were the outcome of misunderstanding (not problems) but everyone is so stretched at present that they just aren't taking it all in.
Back at the Hilton this week for the firt time this year. Didn't manage a room upgrade, but did get a nice bottle of wine, some biscuits, free WiFi, and nice fluffy bathrobes. Couldn't be bothered to go out to eat, so made the most of the 25% off voucher and ate a nice grilled chicken breast on cous cous and salad with a lager to wash it down.
