 | During the morning we walked the streets and alleys of Granada until we reached the Plaza Nueva. |
 | We headed out along the small cobbled street (Carrera del Darro) that sits at the foot of the gorge beneath the Alhambra. This picturesque street wound along between the river (Darro) and the patchwork of whitewashed houses and narrow lanes that led up to the Albayzin district. This was certainly a most picturesque area, and the views were quite beguiling... this seemed like a good place to stop for lunch. |
