Who'd have thought that the Civil Service is rife with politics! Gorse Fox finds himself defending his agency as random flights of Herbull rockets are launched upon the unsuspecting.
Why?
Simple really, we have some budget... and the Herbullahs don't. So now GF and some colleagues are going to waste several days of tax-payers money defending the spend on one programme, because there is insufficient justification for the second.
