A day's vacation today. The grumpy old man from Sky came to fit GF's Sky+. You would think this to be a simple task, but it was made more complex by the requirement to run a second box to the kitchen.

Ooooh no mate. Can't drill though tile, only brickwork. 'ave to run the cable along the floor.

GF tells the grumpy old man to carry on with the main installation. GF will ponder the options. A nanosecond later GF declares

And so and accommodation is reached. Only outstanding problem is that GF wants the box hidden in an unused cupboard. That turns out to be GF's problem. Grumpy Old Man is not interested.

No mate. I just run the cables and check it works.

So GF has spent the last hour or so finishing off the job.
