Microsoft

It appears that Microsoft is at it again. It really doesn't like:
  • Competition
  • Security
  • Business ethics
  • People adopting the same attitude to contracts as they do
So today we see:
Microsoft's chief executive vowed to "kill Google" in an expletive-laden tirade against the firm, according to US court documents filed by Google.

The claim was made in a sworn statement by Mark Lucovsky, a former Microsoft employee who quit for Google in 2004.
For the full story seeMicrosoft-Google battle heats up. Personally, GF is on the side of Google. Seems to me that Microsoft think they can do anything they like and then when the going gets tough (in court) they say that penalising them would be bad for American business, and they get away with it again. They remind the GF of a whingeing little bullies who don't like it when they get some of their own medicine.
